Adjective Poem PAD April 15th, 2015

Fragrant

Magnolia blossoms open blush petals––

teacups poised on outstretched

hands, waiting for Nephelae to steep

and pour oolong or Earl Grey

into painted porcelain. Drops spill

and roll off leaf saucers, staining

the linen tablecloth. We smell rain.
